WICKid Performance Gear was created with the goal of supplying performance gear focused on being customizable with screen printing, embroidery, heat transfers, or sublimation. WICKid enables active users to promote their own identity and create their own brand of performance gear. Customize WICKid Performance Gear with your own logos, names, numbers and designs. These descriptions and examples of the most popular customization options will assist you in determining which method is best suited for you.




SUBLIMATION:
A heat transfer process by which heat-activated inks change into a gas when heated and have the ability to bond directly to WICKid product made of 100% polyester using a heat press set at a designated temperature and pressure. Sublimation is specifically used on white and light colored only.

EMBROIDERY:
A high quality sewing process by which a design is applied to WICKid product by stitching colored threads using an embroidery sewing machine.

SCREENPRINTING:
Whether it is a 1 color logo or a multi-color design, screen printing is a cost effective printing process by which a design is applied directly to WICKid product by forcing ink through a screen by using a squeegee. WICKid recommends polyester specific ink with a stretch additive for compression gear.

HEAT TRANSFER:
A great form of customization for basic logos and designs, a heat transfer process where a design (ink transfer) is applied to WICKid product by using a heat press set to a designated temperature and pressure.
